I had a consultation for revision rhinoplasty. They said that because my nose is definitely small, I would need costal cartilage, and that they don’t use donated rib cartilage. They also said the sides were sunken, so I would need paranasal augmentation while doing the nose, and they also recommended cat surgery. The consultation was satisfying because they seemed to pinpoint the issues well. They were on the friendly side. Since it’s a private clinic, the waiting time was a bit long.
