Breast Surgery Reviews@breast-review

Already a month ☺️

It’s already been??? Wait, really????? A month just flew by Week 1 care, week 2 care, and even the 1-month care I dragged my uncomfortable body from the provinces all the way to the big city, Seoul, had my husband drive, and got around comfortably ^^ After surgery, I never really felt any particular discomfort or pain in daily life, so only when I looked down and saw my self-esteem that had gone up did I think, Ah~ I really did get breast surgery And like that, day by day, it was a battle with swelling Ah!!! Sleeping was so uncomfortable, even more than I expected ㅠㅜ I realized sleeping flat on my back could be this hard.... During weeks 1~2?? week 3???? Up until then, if I briefly turned onto my side while half-asleep, there was a little pain, so I had to go back to sleeping flat on my back. But around the time I entered week 4, there was no pain even when I slept lying on my left or right side They said not to sleep on my side, but in my case, there wasn’t really any problem^^

I was worried the shape might tilt to one side, so I also alternated positions while sleeping lol For me, the biggest issue and concern after surgery wasn’t pain or inconvenience in daily life, it was my weight bursting up because my appetite had burst openㅜㅡㅜ Usually, in the morning and evening, I used to do cardio and weight training, but since I couldn’t exercise at all, everything I ate went straight to my weight So I looked at other reviews and saw that light cardio like slow walking was okay, so I started exercising with my husband. From weeks 1~3, slow walking cardio was possible, but because the workout intensity just wasn’t there, it felt like exercising or not exercising made no difference I’d heard that some people get depressed after surgery, and I thought no way, surely not, but as the swelling and weight came on together, there were moments when I suddenly wondered if I had done the surgery for nothing... Still, this was a big project I went through with after making such a big decision...ㅡㅡ;;;

From week 4, I judged that running would be too much, so I combined a slightly more intense cardio than walking with a diet plan, and the swelling has been going down noticeably day by day, so I feel much better^^ And on the 1-month checkup and care day, the doctor said I could sleep in whatever position I wanted and do any exercise I wanted, so I felt so good from that sense of freedom^^ But!! They said alcohol depends on the person, but it’s better not to drink until about 6 months Well, I never really liked alcohol anyway, so it didn’t bother me They said there won’t be any problems as long as I take good care of myself from now on Thinking about working out from tomorrow while seeing sweat run between my now-bigger cleavage makes my heart poundㅋㅋㅋㅋ
