My first rhinoplasty was done in Hanam, Gyeonggi-do, and they didn’t make an incision under the nose and didn’t use sleep anesthesia, only local anesthesia. It hurt so insanely much, but since it was definitely only local anesthesia, there wasn’t any swelling. Maybe because it was my first surgery and I didn’t manage it well, my nose ended up leaning to the left. When I contacted them to get revision AS, they said the director had passed awayㅜ So I went to a place said to be famous in Seomyeon, Busan, and had revision surgery. They made a full incision under the nose, and I was quite satisfied. Now that it’s been 3 years, they say it’s slightly curling up, right? My nostrils are starting to show more and more. It feels like my nose is gradually lifting. I think contracture has set in... I guess the nose changes more as time passes.
