First of all, there were the most people there, it was crowded, and there was some waiting. But maybe because they thought I might have to wait too long, before seeing the consultant, they let me see Director Hong Yong-pyo (eyes) first. He printed out a large photo of my face on paper and explained while drawing lines with a pencil, and I liked it because he explained in detail. He asked what eye line I wanted, and when I said I wanted an in-out line, he pinched it for me directly. At first, he pinched the left side a bit higher than my current line, and when I said I liked it, he asked how it would be if we went a little higher than that. I said it felt too much, but when I showed him the eye photo I wanted, he was like, “See~” and said that even with makeup, if the line is like that, it has to be higherㅋㅋㅋㅋ So I decided to think about it until the day of surgery. When I said I wanted to lower the outer corners of my eyes, he said I needed posterior canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty, and then there would be much more white showing toward the back, so it could look like I had a slight strabismus, so he said I would also need epicanthoplasty. I said okay. He asked if I was okay with an incisional method, and I wanted that too, so I said okay. The explanation was so clean!! I really liked it. I felt like it would turn out well! Then I went to see the consultant, talked with her, and she recommended Director Kang Ju-yong, so I had a consultation with him. I was happy because he was also a director I had wanted more. Looking at the CT, he said my septum wasn’t very deviated, but my inferior turbinates were too thick, so for functional surgery, septoplasty + turbinate surgery would be enough. While explaining the cartilage, he said he would correct the center of the septum and take some from there to use, and when I asked how turbinate surgery is done, he opened his own blog and explained it well. He said he would use 3-3.5 mm for the nasal bridge. For the nostril base/alar area, he asked if I had already had it done, and said he might not touch it, but we decided that if it was needed during surgery, he would do it ㅎ He might not touch it.. He said he would do the rest first and judge himself, so I said okay. He would also lift the nasal tip. I said I really dislike it being too curved/upturned (beoseon-style). Anyway, he explained everything so well that my mind strongly leaned toward him!
I’ve had the surgery now, yesterday! But it hurts so much. All through dawn, I seriously had such a bad headacheㅠㅠ Why did the headache happen, and what should I doㅜㅜㅜ
