It's been 1 year since I had double eyelid surgery I had severe epicanthal folds, a lot of fat above my eyes, and fairly thick skin, so my eyes were really stuffy-looking Asian eyes, but after ptosis correction + medial, lateral, and upper canthoplasty, my eyes really got bigger and more open-looking so naturally I thought someone like me would need fat removal, but I realized it can turn out like this even without that
I only had local anesthesia, so they just flipped my eye open and put the needle in, and it was definitely the worst pain I've ever felt in my life It felt like, just kill me... And every time they did a canthoplasty, they put an anesthetic injection into that canthoplasty area, and honestly, at that time it was so scary and painful that I regretted getting double eyelid surgery When they did lateral canthoplasty, a long needle was stuck into the back of my eye...ㅎㅎ During lateral canthoplasty, I could feel a slicing, scraping sensation, and it was stinging The anesthesia hadn't fully worked, so I urgently told them I wasn't anesthetized I really almost paid money to be tortured alive After it ended, there wasn't much swelling, and they say forgetfulness is a blessing, so I've almost forgotten the pain and am living satisfied with my bigger eyes!! My friends around me all say it was such a good decision, and sometimes they admire it ㅋㅋㅋ People I met after double eyelid surgery don't even know I had it done.. and when I say I did, everyone around me asks which clinic ㅋㅋ This time, acquaintances around me who finished the college entrance exam are all asking which clinicㅋㅋ
