It's my first time writing a review lololol First, I had breast augmentation in January this year, and honestly, I wanted to get abdominal liposuction at the same time. But maybe because it was a place that only did breast augmentation, when I said I wanted to do them together, the doctor looked uncomfortable about it. I figured it must be a procedure he wasn't confident in haha, so I just did the breasts only.
And once my breasts got bigger, they kept overlapping with my abdomen, so it felt humid and unpleasant when I was sitting haha... Then a liposuction-specialized clinic where I had once planned to go for a consultation but canceled suddenly contacted me, and since I was already tempted, I went for a consultation.
The place that contacted me was really. very. cheap lol. They said they'd do upper and lower abdomen, flanks, back, and love handles all included for 1.4 million won haha. Anesthesia fee and compression garment were separate, though. I also went for a consultation just in case at another famous place (an entire building that only does liposuction), and I think they quoted me in the high 2 million to low 3 million won range?
My body type is 156 cm and 48 kg. Thanks to the implants, I did become 49 kg haha, but the price wasn't added or reduced.
The famous place clearly showed before-and-after surgical photos and how many cc would be removed, so I thought I should do it there, but if you use the event price, you can't choose the doctor lol. Among 3 doctors, it's decided randomly depending on the surgery schedule, and when I checked their licenses, all 3 were kids whose doctor licenses were obtained this year or last year, with the ink not even dry yet... So I canceled.
Since I'd already spent a lot on my breasts, I thought I'd just do it somewhere cheap, so I went. The doctor did have some experience, at least. But while I was being prepared in the operating room, the IV line short-circuited and the power went out lololol. Ah, I had a bad feeling... But what could I do, I was already lying there completely naked...
Conclusion. 750 cc was removed, and because the left and right sides of my abdomen were not suctioned evenly, the right side is sunken in, and the flank love handle on the right was suctioned a bit more too, so asymmetry developed lololololol. The difference is about 1.5 times. You can tell from the front. At 3 months post-op, I checked with the manager, and they said they would do revision surgery without a surgery fee but would only charge the anesthesia fee haha... But everyone knows, right? Getting it done again at the place that messed it up... trust... really... And to make both sides symmetrical, they'd have to remove more from the left side, but then both sides would look hollowed out, so I decided not to do it^^
Also, I wasn't obese, but after liposuction, my skin sagged haha... I guess it can't be helped, an unavoidable side effect of liposuctionㅠ When I sit, it looks like old-lady skin.
Honestly, I think both the sagging skin and asymmetry would improve if I exercised lololol. But I'm just not doing it haha.....
Everyone thinking about liposuction, be careful of asymmetry and over-suction. Especially those who aren't obese like me...
If I had gone to the famous hospital, would the director have come into the operating room and taught the little general practitioners while suctioning evenly? But what if he hadn't come in that day? Even so, even if I went back in time, I don't think I could have entrusted my body to a low-year doctor!
It's fate, I guess ^^.... If I ever have money rotting away someday, maybe I'll try to even out the left-right symmetry... whether by adding fat or just suctioning more lololol
