First, the event discount only applies to first-time patients and people who have only gone here! If you go to another hospital in between, they don’t apply the event discount! Whether you had filler treatment or had it dissolved elsewhere, they don’t apply it! They talk nonsense, saying you ruined their design and they have to redesign it! And it’s prepayment, so it feels a bit off! Without a consultation with the director, a staff member roughly asks what style you want in the waiting area and then leaves! Some staff are kind, and some are rude, cut people off, talk loudly, insist they’re right, and are pushy. There is some pressure too! I don’t know the name, but I think it was the manager! One staff member said it wouldn’t turn out the way I wanted anyway, so I don’t know why they ask and keep asking things! Still, the director is kind and nice. What’s clear is that the consultation felt more professional when they were in Sinchon.
