Real 2-week review after zygoma reduction + chin tip surgery for a peanut-shaped face!!

After entering my late 20s and dieting, my face was already thin, but the peanut-shaped face got worse and worse. I also had a bad habit of clenching my jaw, so I used to get square jaw Botox regularly, and as a result, I ended up with a severe peanut-shaped face ㅜㅠ I kept debating whether to reduce my cheekbones, and while doing hospital consultation tours thinking, let’s at least get consultations~!, I met Director Yoo Ji-han. And wow, the director caught that I usually unconsciously keep my mouth open, and that when I try to close it tightly, the muscle in my chin tip stands out. He said this was because my chin was long and recommended chin tip reduction and advancement together. He also said that to cover the cheekbones properly, I should do fat grafting to the temples, and it felt like a solution exactly right for me, so I had zygoma + chin tip + fat grafting surgery at the clinic. It’s still only week 2, so the swelling hasn’t fully gone down, but it’s so amazing that I can see the cheekbones reduced from the 45-degree angle. It’s also so amazing that my chin tip got shorter and my mouth is always comfortably closed lol. On the CT, it was shaved so beautifully that even though the swelling hasn’t fully gone down yet, I’m not really anxious. During this 2-week care visit, I also checked the surgery CCTV together with a staff member at the hospital. There were no safety issues, and I think it turned out beautifully, so I’m happily waiting for the swelling to go down.
