Because of swelling, there still doesn’t seem to be a big change, but my circumference went from 109 to 108.5, down by 0.5, and my weight also went from 87 to 85, down 2 kg. For a change in just one week, it feels like a big change, so I’m very happy haha. I want to work out hard quickly and wear pretty clothes.
