ㅇㅁㄷ revision surgery price/cost, is this amount about right?

I'm scheduled to have surgery with the director at ㅇㅁㄷ who usually has about a 4-month wait (Director Park). It's revision surgery for non-incisional double eyelid sutures, and without epicanthoplasty or lateral canthoplasty, I was quoted in the 1.4 million won range! It's a bit hard to compare, but even compared to other hospitals, since it's revision non-incisional double eyelid surgery, the price seems a bit on the high side, and they said there are no discounts either.

So I'm debating it. Did everyone else get a quote around this much? Even when I asked the consultant, she just said it's a fixed-price policy and discounts are absolutely not possible;; that's all she kept saying.
