Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Is this right for an autologous costal cartilage nose revision?

<when I’m tilting my head down><current front view><nostrils before revision><nostrils after 1st revision><nostrils after 3rd revision><depressed area>In this community, I had revision surgery for a saddle nose at a private clinic near Sinnonhyeon Station with good ratings and good reviews, using autologous costal cartilage and ear cartilage. Since last year, the total has been 14 million won including anesthesia fee, and I have had three surgeries at the same clinic so far.

I’ve somehow survived many, many days up to now, living through it without ending it. Even after it became a 3rd revision, I kept enduring, thinking this was the process of becoming a normal-looking nose and that I could one day live normally like everyone else.

Even now, I can’t go out without a mask. Of course, I can’t even dream of working anymore, but when the surgeon checks it, he says everything is okay except for the depressed area marked in a circle. Right now, only one alar side has ear cartilage placed, and there is a raised ridge on the nasal bridge that was not there before. People around me keep asking where the hospital is. When I say I can’t tell them because of how my nose is now, they insist I should tell them.

What does my nose look like to everyone here? Please give me an evaluation, please.
