Before before before <before surgery> after after after after <after surgery> It’s been a little while since I had double eyelid surgery, but people around me said it’s rare to see someone whose result turned out as well as mine, and that even though it was natural adhesion, it came out well with a natural-glam look, so I ended up writing a review lol. It feels kind of strange now that I’m uploading photos of my eyes and writing this.
I did originally have double eyelids, but my eyes were asymmetrical, and when I got tired the eyelid would form multiple folds. Because of that, at a glance I looked more tired and sleepy. It’s not like my eyes were small, and they also weren’t eyes that suited having no double eyelid, so I had always thought that someday, if I had enough time and money, I wanted to get double eyelid surgery. Then I did my research and ended up having surgery!
But I’m not sure if this shows fully in the photos, ㅇㅅㅇ;; my skin is on the thinner side, you know? So I felt like if I had incision surgery.. it would look too obvious when I closed my eyes. But with buried suture too, I thought the stitch-by-stitch surgical marks might show, so I strongly felt I should get natural adhesion if possible. When looking for clinics, I went to places with many natural adhesion reviews and many comments saying they do it naturally even with a high line.
Since I went after reading reviews, most places recommended natural adhesion, but among them, I think the biggest reason I decided on this clinic was that I found a place that set a line that suited my eyes perfectly.. Honestly, since I already had double eyelids, there were many places that just said, “We can simply match it to this,” and ended the consultation in a clear but brief way lol.. But here, they tried different types of lines and looked really carefully at what double eyelid line would be best for my eyes and whether I also liked that line.
And when choosing a clinic, I got it done at a place where not only the director, but also the consultant and staff were all!! kind. I was paying for the surgery myself, and honestly, if I felt uncomfortable about even one part, I think it would have been hard to decide to go through with surgery.. We’re doing this to receive service too, right? I think what I liked was that the director carefully checked me not only during surgery but also during follow-up checks.
Maybe because I did natural adhesion, recovery was really fast too, and now the line is fixed well as one clean line without any more multiple-fold feeling, so I’m really satisfied!!! If I’d known it would be like this, I should’ve done it even one or two years earlier lol. I spent so much time stressed because of my double eyelids, so I wonder why I did that..lol Anyway, I think it’s really fortunate that I found a line that suits my eyes, even now.
