Ha The nostril area feels like it is lifted straight upward vertically in such an overly plastic-surgery-looking way? It looks artificial From the front, I feel like my nostrils show a lot and it looks upturned, like a pig nose I had it done with autologous costal cartilage. But still. Will it come down Should I ask for revision surgery to lower the nostrils and columella..? Right now it feels so much like an overdone plastic-surgery look that I’m going crazy Please give me advice..
