I kept going here and there, and I feel like Dr. Yoon Seokho Miho gave me the most careful consultation. He exactly pointed out my skin thickness and the parts of my nose I was unhappy with. Other hospitals did not mention those things, they only asked me, “What do you want?”
I wanted it to be moderately noticeable with a straight line, but I said I absolutely do not want a sharp tip. Because my nose skin is a bit thick and not very stretchable, it might not look that obvious, but he said “Within my conditions, I’ll make your nose as pretty as possible, and I’m confident with costal-rib rhinoplasty.” That made me think, “Oh, this place is legit,” and I trusted him. If you do surgery and it gets worse, that’s a much bigger problem.
Also, when I said, ‘I have a friend who did a natural look first and now says if she could, she’d like a revision to make it more noticeable...,’ and told the doctor that, he said, “Your skin is also tight, and if you want it to be beautiful and moderately noticeable, let’s try donor-rib grafting~.” So I trusted him and did it! I hadn’t done donor rib first, but in every hospital I visited, they said this type of rhinoplasty has to use rib cartilage anyway. When every doctor said that, I thought, this must be the right material for me.
I have absolutely no regrets at all ㅎㅂㅎ I had been really worried, thinking, “What if costal-rib correction doesn’t improve it?” but it seems to have lifted to exactly the height I wanted. The swelling has gone down a lot too, andㅜ It’s amazing that the tip became a little upturned! Many friends saw it turned out well and said they heard lots of people were coming here after seeing my nose.
