The tip of my nose drooped, so I looked into revision rhinoplasty after 2 years, and for the material, I had no choice but to use autologous costal cartilage. Because of the material itself, the cost came out higher than I expected. But maybe because the director is good at design, he improved it while also making the line come out exactly as he showed me during the consultation. If anything, the line looks more natural after the revision surgery. The area where the rib cartilage was taken is not large, so it does not interfere much with daily life; it just feels stiff when I sit down and stand up. Recovery is faster than I expected.
