Because of capsular contracture, my nose shape was getting harder and more uncomfortable, so I felt I couldn’t put it off anymore and went for consultations. I went to three clinics: ㅋㅇ, ㅇㅂㅋ, and ㄹㅂㄹ, and they definitely all had different styles and different consultation atmospheres. ㅋㅇ felt like they had a lot of surgical experience and could make it look natural without implants, and they said they could keep the nose shape stable even after silicone removal. The consultation was fine, but I was a little disappointed because they felt somewhat blunt. At ㅇㅂㅋ, I consulted with both the consultant and the director, and the director kindly explained everything from the cause of the capsular contracture, so it was easy to understand. They said they would remove the silicone and do the revision surgery using ear cartilage and septal cartilage. ㄹㅂㄹ seemed like a style that does a lot of glamorous noses, but it felt a little different from the natural style I wanted. Still, they were very kind during the consultation, so that was really nice. With issues like capsular contracture, I think it’s important to have it done at a clinic with a lot of experience. I still haven’t chosen a clinic, but I do feel like I’ve more or less figured out the direction.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
