After<Six months after surgery_1>After<Six months after surgery_2>Before<Before surgery_1>Before<Before surgery_2>This is my 6-month review after receiving three types of facial contouring surgery (cheekbones, chin tip, square jaw) and fat grafting surgery at Taco Plastic Surgery.
I decided to have facial contouring surgery because of my complex about my face shape, and I had consultations at many hospitals. I decided to have surgery at Taco Plastic Surgery because they gave such a detailed consultation that they even showed me the expected after-result directly with Photoshop.
The direction of change I wanted was natural and a more youthful impression, and after seeing photos of other people who had surgery there, I thought the surgery would go well in the direction I wanted.
The pain after surgery was mostly just waking up from anesthesia on the first day. It was hard, but the nurse took good care of me until dawn, so I was okay, and aside from the first day there was nothing uncomfortable.
I was very worried about swelling, and I did swell a lot. LOL Still, because it was during COVID and I lived wearing a mask, people didn’t really notice. From the 4th month, the major swelling had gone down enough that people could barely tell.
As for nonunion, every time I had a consultation, they confirmed that the bones were healing well, and now the bones have healed well, so there was no nonunion.
I was also very worried at first about mouth opening after surgery, but now I’m doing well in daily life without any discomfort, to the point that I forget I had surgery.
What I’m most satisfied with after surgery is that my complex is gone, so I can make facial expressions comfortably. I used to avoid smiling broadly because of my cheekbones, but now I smile comfortably however I want. Also, I used to hear a lot that my face looked big, so I was afraid of hairstyles without bangs, but now that my face shape is well refined, my face looks smaller, so I’m gradually opening up my hair curtain.
As I write this review, I’m reminded of when I was first considering surgery. I think the person reading this now is also looking for information because they have concerns and worries and want to change in the direction they want. So I wrote as honestly as possible about the parts I had worried about.
