The consultation was generally okay, but the waiting time was too long. At first they told me to wait just a little, then it was delayed 10 minutes, delayed 30 minutes, delayed another 30 minutes, and they kept telling me to wait longer like that, so I got a bit worried whether they were extremely busy or if something had happened. Still, the consultation itself was really good, and I liked that they clearly told me that a certain surgery was absolutely not for me. The consultant also really did her best to explain things and kept apologizing for making me wait, so I felt a little sorry about not having surgery here... (because the consultant was nice) But the reason I didn’t do the surgery was that the price I expected from the test-taker event didn’t come out, and they said they would only give the discount in a rush if I made a same-day reservation!
