Before/after/after 1 year ago, I had my nasal tip done with ear cartilage, but it drooped, so today I had surgery with autologous costal cartilage. I took a quick look after surgery, and the nasal tip is lifted so much that right now I stopped breathing.. I wanted a straight nose with the nasal tip at a right angle. When I mentioned it, they said it’s natural, that for now it’s swelling and once the cotton is removed and some time passes it will come down, but because autologous costal cartilage is hard, I’m worried whether it will come down wellㅜ I’ll upload the before photo too. This was taken on the day of surgery. It looks like an upturned nose, and I feel like if I keep looking at it I’m going to spiral mentally. What do you think..?
