Because the surgery was delayed, I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes longer than my appointment time, then had a consultation with Director Shim. As the reviews said, he looked tired, but he answered my questions kindly and thoroughly, even drawing diagrams. The consultant was also kind, and they brought up first that I could view the CCTV footage.
