I had my first nose surgery here 7 years ago. My nose was originally bulbous, so I had the nasal bridge, alar reduction, and nasal tip done as naturally as possible. They used septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone for nasal tip suturing and nasal tip projection. At first, I liked the side profile, but my nose gradually started to droop. There are no functional problems, but starting 4 years ago, a step-off developed in the silicone, and because of nasal tip cartilage absorption, I’m dissatisfied with the drooping nasal tip shape ㅠㅠ I’m looking into revision surgery.
