It has been a little over 2 weeks since the surgery. Right now, it seems like it has been corrected somewhat. What do you think???

Originally, I had severe swelling after surgery and my nose was an extremely difficult case, so I expected a long recovery period, but I managed it diligently, and it has become much more natural.
According to the director, the columellar skin itself was thin, so it was a difficult surgery, and there was not enough tissue inside the nose, so they performed grafting. They told me to come in for treatment every day until the skin healed. So for the first few days right after surgery, since my home was far away, I slept at a friend's house and went back and forth.
This is a bit gross, but.. I feel so stuffy because of boogers that I could die. Does anyone have any tips..?
These days, it is at least better since the packing was removed, but there is still a plastic support inside my nose, so it is uncomfortable. They say I need to do this to correct nostril asymmetry...
As for the autologous costal cartilage harvest site, after 2 weeks, the pain has gone down a lot, so everyday life is fine, but lifting heavy weights seems too much, so I am only doing light exercise! I will keep sharing whether it gets better while watching the swelling.
