I had surgery to correct my pinched nose and upturned nose, but that was when things started going wrong. I barely waited 6 months, went around to 10 places for consultations, and had the revision done. Maybe they focused too much only on the crookedness, because I hadn’t been bothered by the bulbous nose before, but even after the second revision it still seems a little crooked, and now the nose looking wide and spread out stands out so much. The clinic that did the surgery even said it was a bulbous nose, so how could they leave it looking that natural/untouched ㅡㅡ I’m debating whether to have another revision like this or just do nostril reduction
