I only had a nose consultation. The doctor was busy, so the consultation ended very quickly, and I talked more with the consultation manager. It was my first surgery, but they recommended costal cartilage instead of septal cartilage and said they would grind the costal cartilage and insert it. The silicone would be made as customized FitMe. Overall, it was not a consultation where they diagnosed and discussed my nose, but a general consultation, and the doctor did not seem very enthusiastic about the surgery. So I chose another hospital.
