I chose fat grafting because I didn’t like that implants leave large scars and show up on X-rays. I don’t recommend it if you want large breasts. My surgery went well, so I went from 75AA to 75B. More than the fat grafting, the fat extraction from the thighs is harder!! Because of my thighs, I don’t even know if my breasts hurt lol
