Double chin liposuction and muscle tie-up, isn’t that basically a human test subject level?

Everyone, my boyfriend had double chin muscle tie-up He’s also had eye and nose plastic surgery, and the other incision sites aren’t like this Only the double chin scar is this bad.. He had the double chin muscle tie-up done at a different hospital from the eye and nose surgery. After surgery, fluid was coming out and stuff, but what I’m wondering is: For anyone who’s had double chin muscle tie-up, does this incision length look right?

It’s not keloid skin, it just looks like that because of the place that was oozing, and to me the incision line looks way too abnormally long It looks like an incision line for putting in an implant, so this feels like a human test subject-level surgery

Maybe because it was done at a large hospital? I searched and it turns out the doctor who operated on my boyfriend has no career history; this current hospital was his first one.. It hurts every time I look at it, ㅠ You paid money and came out as a test subject, right? Shouldn’t he at least get a refund? ㅠ It still hurts when you touch it, too ㅠ
