Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

High hump nose, crooked nose, bulbous nose, large nose, implant-free surgery after 4 months...

1,2 before 3,4,5 after, month 4

I had a high, large hump, a style that isn't common in Korea. On top of that, I'm a woman, so it was extremely stressful. My goal wasn't to make a pretty shape, but definitely to shave it down well, handle the bones well, and create as much shape as possible within a large nose. Shape was important too.. but there was a lot to reduce, and it was very crooked from the front, so I would have been grateful just to get an average-looking nose.

Other people only shave the septal area when they file or shave down a hump, but I had to cut all the way through to the cartilage area. From the starting point of the hump to about one-third from the nasal tip..? They cut away the bone. To align the crooked nose from the front as well, they performed lateral osteotomy, and because the nasal tip was drooping, they slightly raised the cartilage angle.

I knew it was a surgery several times harder than raising a small nose, so I desperately hoped it just wouldn't be botched and did a ton of legwork and online research. I had consultations at many famous places, but while listening to the explanation, I thought, ah, this place has someone with really amazing skill, so I paid a deposit. It was ridiculously expensive. It was a clinic famous for being expensive, but it was even more expensive than I expected. I paid 6 million won. (Other places were usually in the mid-to-high 4 millions + there were no promotional discounts or cash discounts at all, so it was more expensive.)

The money feels wasted but not wasted(?)ㅋㅋㅋㅋ My memory is a bit hazy, but they said they don't schedule more than two or three nose surgeries a day, and because my nose was difficult, they said they didn't even take consultation appointments for 6 hours on the day of my nose surgery. That was for real, because while I was under sedation, I briefly woke up here and there during hump osteotomy and when they were suturing at the end. I could feel that the director was really operating with care.. I swear on everything, it was not any shadow doctor nonsense. Even during the final finishing, they sutured each stitch so carefully....ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

The result was a success. Actually, I was just living without thinking that it was successful, but then I looked at my gallery and thought, wow, compared to before, this really was a success, so I'm posting. From the front, it just looks like the crookedness improved and it became slimmer because of the lateral osteotomy. But since it became slimmer without being raised, even though it isn't dramatic, I'm satisfied. Since I'm only at 4 months, some swelling may still not have gone down yet. Instead, the side profile has become insanely much betterㅠㅠ Before, I used to hear that I had a witch nose, but now I hear that I have a high, pretty nose. I asked for something slightly straighter than a straight-with-slight-curve line, and I think that suits me better.

I know large noses like mine aren't common in Korea, but I'm posting this in hopes it helps the few people who have a nose like mine.
