I went for a revision rhinoplasty consultation specifically with Director Kwon Jung-woo, and donor rib cartilage was recommended. He said that because my skin is thin, there is a limit to how much it can be raised, and even if I greedily tried to raise it more, the silicone placed in the nasal bridge would show through, and the nostril size would also become very narrow. He said there was absolutely no need for alar reduction. There are often many reviews saying Thank You has long wait times, but maybe I was lucky every time I went, because when I had a breast consultation and this time when I went for revision rhinoplasty, the wait was not that long for either. I had consultations with the same doctor, and since he has so many patients I thought he wouldn't remember me, but when he saw my face, he seemed to know who I wasㅋㅋㅋ It was a little embarrassing, but he still gave the same detailed consultation and even paid attention to and explained the functional aspects, so I left the consultation feeling good. I still have to go to two more places for consultations, but among the places I've been to so far, the cost was on the reasonable side.
