Review of revision rhinoplasty from 4 years ago (seems like rhinoplasty never succeeds in one try...

I had my first surgery without knowing much at an ENT clinic outside Seoul, but they didn't shave down the hump and only placed silicone on top, so my nose looked long like a drooping arrow nose, and I decided to get revision surgery. I went around to three places near Gangnam for consultations, and ㅂㄴㅂㄱ Plastic Surgery felt the most trustworthy, so I had the revision there. I heard a lot that my nose became shorter and looked similar to the photo. It really is true that just the nose can completely change your image haha.. But as time passed, I increasingly felt like my nose was becoming crooked. I can also feel cartilage protruding inside my left nostril.... Honestly, it is true that it became much prettier than before... but how should I put it, rather than feeling like 'this is a really pretty nose,' it feels natural but about 2% lacking.. The nasal tip feels slightly sunken like a hump, so in the second year after surgery I went for a consultation, but they said the director who had operated on me before had left and opened his own clinic, so he wasn't at the hospital anymore.. The head director consulted with me.. But he said they would only know the cause after opening it up directly, and that it seemed like I didn't really need to do it. He said if I really wanted to, it would be better to watch it a bit longer and then he would personally do the revision surgery for me... Everyone, I think I understand why people say you need rhinoplasty at least 3 times It costs so much money too... But it's not like I can just not do it either...
