Breast Surgery Reviews@breast-review

Breast consultation review and my subjective clinic-shopping notes.... Fil…

I went to ㄷㅇㅇ / ㅇㅇ / ㄱㄹ / ㅇㅇㅇ, and the reason I first started thinking about breast surgery was really simple itself.. I had no breasts, so I never had confidence, and when dating I would react awkwardly to physical intimacy, and I was already stressed about wearing padded bras during it. Then I got carried away preparing for a body profile shoot, and seriously lost all my body fat, and my breasts, especially the upper breast area, became an AAA cup to the point my ribs showed, which honestly hit me so hard.. That’s when I seriously thought I should get surgery.. So I haven’t finalized a clinic or made a reservation yet, but it felt like a waste to have written everything down alone in my notes app, so I’m posting my clinic-shopping review to share information! Since this relies purely on my memory, I hope you know it may not be 100% accurate..!!!

ㄷㅇㅇ / The clinic was large and spacious, and I requested Director Yoon for the consultation. They didn’t recommend that large of a cc. Since I really have little existing breast tissue and not much fat, they said going big could look obvious, and if I want a natural result they recommend staying within 300~320cc. They said any implant is fine, but recommended Motiva or Mentor Xtra with a good fill ratio. Even though it’s not a specialty breast clinic, there seemed to be a dedicated breast team? so I got the impression they put a lot of care into it. There was no pressure to book, and I thought there would be a long wait, but I didn’t wait that much, which was nice.

ㅇㅇ / You can choose the director depending on the incision site. To be honest, rather than the transaxillary incision, I was thinking of the inframammary incision because I heard it’s easier to use your arms.. Still, I wanted to consult with the chief director, so I did it with the chief director. Naturally, they explained transaxillary incision a lot and strongly emphasized that transaxillary is the safest. Also, before starting the consultation, they briefly checked my breasts with ultrasound, and it felt somewhat like a lecture? about breasts. The director’s way of speaking was very university professor style lol. cc was around 315. They said it would look just pretty, and because my skin is thin and the type that may sag easily, they recommended Motiva. No pressure to book and a clean consultation.

ㄱㄹ / It was a private clinic and a breast surgery clinic, so most of the breast examination systems were available inside the clinic. Among the clinics I visited, I felt the postoperative care was the most optimized for breasts. The parts where I felt the clinic invested generously were 1. the operating room 2. postoperative care. The care period was also the longest (basically 1 year). Both transaxillary and inframammary incisions are possible, but because I have a pointed breast shape, they said entering through the inframammary fold, extending the lower breast fold, and making the shape round would help it settle prettily, and that with a transaxillary incision it could be harder to make the shape compared with inframammary, so I was recommended inframammary incision. Motiva would be more advantageous than Mentor Xtra, and cc could go up to 315 at most, but they recommended 300. But they also told me I have a slight pigeon chest, so the cleavage may not come together as much as expected. In the reviews I saw, people said they clearly tell you what is possible and what is not, and I think I kind of understood what that meant. There was no pressure to book, and it was the only clinic without review-discount conditions. From reception to the end of the consultation and leaving, it was a place where I got the impression that everyone was taking care of me.

ㅇㅇㅇ / I was debating between Director Seo and Director Lee, but Director Lee seemed to have more experience on ㅂㅂㅌ, so I consulted with this doctor! I could feel that they consulted very passionately.. Their experience was the shortest among the places I visited. I think it had not been 10 years doing only breasts. They were also the youngest director. Still, because they consulted with an actual PPT presentation, it was easy to understand, and they did the fitting enthusiastically too, so it helped a lot in getting a sense of cc! But they suggested a much larger cc than I expected. When I said I’m not exactly without size ambitions, they asked what cup size I wanted, and when I said D?? they immediately fitted me with 360 and 380 implants. But when I said they were too big, they lowered it and looked again lol. For implants, they recommended Motiva the most because it has a low capsular contracture rate, and recommended inframammary incision for faster recovery. There was a review-discount condition, but since they didn’t explain it properly, I think it’s because you probably have to write a lot. No pressure to book! I liked that the hotel-style interior made it feel private.

I tried to write as objectively as possible, but thinking about it, consultations themselves are really subjective, right..???? What I felt may be different from everyone else, but overall, I found breast consultations really fun and exciting. It was draining too, but unless I personally decided I wanted to do it and jumped in, it was an experience I would never have even once in my life, so I really liked it. I was also seriously considering surgery.

Each clinic had different parts I liked and parts I felt were lacking (I didn’t write in detail just in case), so I’m going to think more about those parts and decide! Once I’m sure, I’ll book the surgery and choose an early date to get it done. If after recovering a bit I feel like I should write a review, I’ll come back with a surgery review! The weather has gotten cold, so I hope everyone bundles up tightly in long padded coats and safely goes around for consultations!!! Make sure to wear a top that’s easy to change out of~~~
