I had Sculptra 3 times. With Sculptra, the biggest concerns are clumping and nodules, but at this clinic, they seem to hydrate it well enough that none of that happens at all, even if I don’t massage much. I think it would be even better if they were a little more meticulous with the design. Because the face can look very different under the procedure room lighting and so on, I separately told them the areas I wanted. The effect isn’t extremely dramatic, but it tends to last well around the cheeks, and for areas where collagen production itself doesn’t happen well, satisfaction seems a bit lower. I used to get fillers and switched to Sculptra; it’s expensive and the effect is slow, but I think it’s better than filler. Both the doctor and staff are kind, and the treatment result improved compared with before I received it.
