Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Clinic-hopping review from summer that I’m only writing now (as much as I remember …

I’ve already had nose surgery and am resting at home right now. I’m bored, so I’m going to write a clinic-hopping review from the places I visited in the summer haha..

I visited 3 places in total: ㅂㅇㅂ / ㅂㅌㅇ / ㅋㅂㅈ I wanted a refined yet natural style, and I wanted to improve my bulbous nose, low nose, and thick nasal bridge! To say the conclusion first, I chose ㅋㅂㅈ! I’ll explain why below.

1. ㅂㅇㅂ Consultation fee × As soon as I went in, I filled out something like a questionnaire and then had a CT scan. Consultation went in the order manager-director-manager. There were short waits here and there in the middle, but it mostly proceeded right away. The manager was very kind and good. The director’s consultation was kind, and while looking at the CT, they touched my nose and seemed to examine it carefully, so I liked that. But after the consultation with the director, the manager came in and asked, “Did you see what the director adjusted for you in Photoshop? How was it?” but the director hadn’t done Photoshop for me. So when I said they didn’t do it, the manager looked flustered and said, “They must have forgotten..ㅜㅜ Still, they explained things well, right? The director has surgery...” and immediately explained the price. - That part was disappointing, so I didn’t choose them..ㅜㅜ Still, it’s not a hospital where I’d say don’t even go for a consultation! If you do go, I recommend asking the director to do the Photoshop simulation.

2. ㅂㅌㅇ Actually, ㅂㅌㅇ is a place I went to consult because two acquaintances around me had surgery there and their results were so good. Consultation fee × Took photos, then consultation in the order manager-director-manager. After a brief consultation with the manager, they said the director’s surgery was running a bit late, so I waited quite a long time. The consultation was really, really, really thorough!! With something like Photoshop, they paid attention to every angle in detail, so I could see with my own eyes what kind of nose result I would get, which was so good. Also, I liked that this place uses custom silicone! They were kind, and I was a bit tired so I wasn’t asking many questions, but they kept asking if I had anything else I was curious about, how I felt, and so on, which was really nice!!!! I really wanted to choose this hospital because my acquaintances had successful surgeries there and the consultation was so satisfying, but the problem was the price.. 1.5 to 2 times other places. Since it was custom silicone, it was expensive. Even with a discount for writing a review, it was too expensive, and since my parents were giving this to me as a gift for working hard after just finishing the CSAT.. . I couldn’t do it at a place that expensiveㅠㅠ For everyone who has financial flexibility, I definitely recommend going for a consultation!!

3. ㅋㅂㅈ Finally, the hospital I chose haha I’ve already had surgery here! I’ll write a review later, around 2 weeks postop (for now, I’m satisfied). First, the clinic-hopping review! Consultation fee O This place didn’t take photos or CT at all, so at first I was like, huh? Like the other places, consultation went manager-director-manager. The manager was totally like a plastic surgery clinic manager (you may wonder what I mean by that). So kind, and even the way they spoke was completely manager-style... (positive) The ㅋㅂㅈ director was unusual in that they drew my nose on paper and explained while drawing how the surgery would be done! Personally, it was easy to understand intuitively, so I liked it! They also showed me photos of people with nose shapes similar to mine and their postoperative appearances, so I could see example results of what style it would become after surgery. And the director was a bit dad-style..? They seemed warm but also firm. While explaining kindly, they seemed to value safety, so they said no to everything that could cause side effects or anything unnecessary, and recommended exactly what was needed. (+Side note: They said not using silicone is safer, but since my nasal bridge is low, if I really wanted it, they could insert a low one, so I should think carefully with my parents! In the end, I chose to put it in, so there is silicone in my nose now... haha) I chose this hospital because I felt they would do it safely, and they said they don’t do review events at all, which increased my trust. Also, the price wasn’t excessive, so I chose this hospital!

This post is a bit disorganized and all over the place, but I hope it helps many people who are considering nose surgery.
