I had revision rhinoplasty, but it seems uneven... the nostrils too. Even from the front, the lines look different, and it’s so stressful. On top of that, the columella line is lifted, so the nose hairs inside are visible, and right now I can’t even remove the nose hairs, so I feel like I’m going to develop social anxiety.. Does anyone know a good way to remove nose hairs!?? Since it’s on the side of the columella, using a nose hair trimmer doesn’t help
