It’s been a year since ptosis correction and canthoplasty. The double eyelid line is the same, but one eye has no strength unlike the other eye and only opens halfway, so I’ve been only making inquiries by KakaoTalk for 6 months now. The staff kept saying they would reply, and even when I asked again 3 days ago, they said they would contact me, but still no reply. What is this... It’s not like I’m asking for an event, and even if I say I’m willing to pay with my own money for revision surgery, they don’t tell me what the problem is or when I can visit. Is it over once they just do the surgery? They don’t say anything, so I really think customer care is needed. It makes me wonder if after surgery it’s just “figure it out yourself.” .ㅋ;;
