I'm deciding where to get my second revision rhinoplasty between ㅇㄷ and ㅂㄴㄴ, and if any of you here have used autologous rib cartilage there, I'd be grateful if you could leave just one comment.. When I look up reviews, people say the director seems really skilled and does thin, meticulous suturing. I've already gone to all the consultations.. I just need to decide, but since I haven't actually had the surgery there myself, deciding only based on consultations and reviews feels like such a gamble..ㅠㅠ On top of that, I'm having this revision now because of contracture. If I remove the silicone and do it with autologous rib cartilage, how close will the shape turn out..? I have absolutely no idea what to expect ah.. In the end, what I'm curious about is the level of pain and the scar...

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
