Before <CT 1 month before rhinoplasty> After <CT 2 weeks after rhinoplasty> The nasal column that had been perfectly fine in the very center shifted to the right.. I brought the CT images to the hospital, and they said they never touched the bone. I’ve never had any impact to it, and I’ve never slept face-down, so there’s no way the bone moved on its own over a month and a half.. Even externally, my nose has bent a lot to the right, from the columella to the entire nasal tip. It’s not just the outside causing trouble, the inside of my nose is a problem too. Because it shifted to one side, my left nostril is completely blocked, and when I breathe it makes a whistling sound. Every day is so hard. How on earth can surgery make even the bone move? Where should I go for reconstruction, and who is going to compensate me for my nose,,
Even the nasal function that had gotten better from rhinitis surgery alone at a famous ENT clinic before the surgery is completely ruined now.
For reference, I did not have osteotomy at all..
