The reason I went for a consultation was that I had watched videos of the chief director, but while waiting in the consultation room, I met the doctor and it was someone else, someone I was seeing for the first time.. It was Director Lee Seung-chan, and he was extremely kind. He explained things calmly and well. However, the manager was unfriendly, and I was dissatisfied with the surgical result.
