I got Botox. It didn't particularly feel unfriendly, and everyone was fine. The doctors all looked like fresh college graduates just starting their working lives. It felt a bit like going to a bank. The waiting number was displayed on a monitor. I didn't think it was bad at all; it was ordinary and fine. I think it's organized and systematic. It's a chain, after all.
