Posterior canthoplasty scar... Did it fail..? ㅜㅜ

It has been one month since my posterior canthoplasty. Even though 4 weeks have passed, the conjunctival edema and redness are still severe. The outer corners of my eyes are very bumpy, and the hyperpigmentation is dark. The most serious thing is that, like in the photo, the skin at the outer corner of one eye is completely pinched and sunken... The sunken area continues down to the under-eye fullness, so when I smile, it gets severely pinched along the direction of the yellow lineㅜㅜ In person, it looks disturbing, so I haven’t been able to meet anyone for a month, and I’m only getting more depressed... Because it’s bumpy and sunken, concealer doesn’t help, and when I wear makeup it stings so much that I can’t even cover it.

Will this also improve with time?? It’s so badly sunken right nowㅜㅜ I’ve seen many posts about side effects like D-shaped deformity or conjunctival exposure, but I don’t think I’ve seen many people like me whose suture-tied area became sunken. If anyone has severe hyperpigmentation like me or had the skin pinched, how long did it take to recover? If I have reconstruction, can that area also go back to normal? I’m so, so worried...
