I was surprised because there was even an audio ad in the subway. An ad saying “(roughly marketing copy) ~~ Plastic Surgery Clinic is located at Exit ~ of ~~ Station.” I arrived on time for my appointment, but waited about 30 minutes. There weren’t even that many people, but there was no explanation at all for the delay. Thinking about it now, I wondered, was it really necessary? Was there any reason they had to make me wait?
