It’s been 5 years since I had rhinoplasty. I had silicone inserted, and at first the outline looked prominent, but over time it became natural. I felt a little pressure and things like that, but after about a year it became comfortable. Some people may feel reluctant about using implants, and although it hasn’t been 10 or 20 years since the surgery, as of now there has been no change in shape at all, and it feels as comfortable as my original nose.
