Before/after Hello, I was so stressed about my nostrils that after thinking about it for almost a year, I got alar reduction and septal extension surgery. The alar reduction ended up very asymmetrical, and my nostrils still show from the front. If it’s this asymmetrical, does that mean it was botched? And did it become vertical nostrils as a side effect..? The scar also still turns red only in that area in a vertical line when I put on makeup. Does this mean they cut the mm asymmetrically? I really want to know. Please help me
