I really want to have revision eye surgery one last time

Would under-eye fat repositioning be good for me?

My dark circles are seriously so bad that every time I take a photo, all I can see are the dark circles Would my eyes see results if I got it done? The 2nd one is when I’m looking upward

Would just one stitch at the outer end of the eye be enough?

Is it okay to do epicanthoplasty restoration and double eyelid revision together??

Epicanthoplasty restoration is the most important thing for me, but I also want to get double eyelid re-revision surgery... I want to do them together while I’m at it, but the effect of the epicanthoplasty restoration should be okay…
