A consultation for revision eye surgery for eyes that seemed like high-line sausage eyes, but also maybe not. Director Yoo was very calm, and I could feel that he was trying to empathize from the patient’s perspective and find a method. But improvement in the direction I wanted was uncertain, and the final surgical plan he suggested felt very disappointing from my perspective. If my needs had matched the director’s approach, I think my expectations for surgery would have been high.
