I knew it was a large clinic when I went, but it was the worst. Even with a reservation, they made me wait over an hour. Even after entering the consultation room, I waited 30 minutes for the consultant. If it’s already like this before even booking surgery, how would aftercare be? lol I went for a consultation and there were so many people. I’d never seen waiting chairs like that before. They were literally just for taking in as many patients as possible. The consultant was too much too. After asking where I had gone, she immediately started putting down other places lol
