I had a consultation with Director ㅇㅇㅎ for male bulbous nose and low nose surgery. At first, I was looking into functional surgery for a deviated septum, but they said the deviation wasn’t that severe and there might not be much change after surgery, so I changed direction to cosmetic surgery. There were a lot of procedures added here and there, so in the end I received an estimate for autologous costal cartilage with custom silicone and decided to proceed right away.
