Since this was my third eye revision surgery, I didn’t have much excess skin, and I was very worried about the surgery, so I asked a lot of questions even before the consultation and contacted them a lot afterward too... The consultation was really long and kind, and they explained everything I was worried about, which was nice.. The consultation went in the order of consultant, director, consultant, and I really felt that they specialized in eye revision surgery. They thought from the perspective of someone who was anxious and kept explaining the surgical details so I could understand them well, which was good.. They also showed me a video of the process of releasing the double eyelid line and settling into a new double eyelid line, so it was easier to understand... Most of all, I liked that they kept giving kind and quick replies, so it felt like they communicated well.. I scheduled the surgery for next week, and I hope it goes well..
