10-month satisfied review after rhinoplasty
I wanted to avoid a Pinocchio-like or chalk-stick nose as much as possible and aimed for a natural look. I showed photos of Freesia and Jiyeon and said I disliked a thin-looking nasal bridge, and that I wanted the nasal tip to be rounded but still sharp and defined. The most important thing for me was that the columella not be tucked in. I hated the look of a recessed columella because it looks like a witch nose and like contracture has happened. I wanted the hump shaved down as little as possible, and after seeing on YouTube that Heejae? had surgery with a custom implant, I got really interested, so I looked for a private clinic with reasonable prices. Both the consultant and the director were all kind, and I’m satisfied. The hospital isn’t big, so the recovery room isn’t very private, but that didn’t really matter to me. Up until the 3-month mark, my eyes looked a bit closer together and my impression had changed, so I was upset thinking maybe I had raised it too much, but now I’m satisfied ㅎ They said the surgical scar would disappear by 6 months, but even now it’s still noticeable if I don’t wear makeup. An unexpected side effect is that the scar tissue inside my left nostril slightly looks like a booger from the side, so it bothers me. The director said it would disappear later, but I don’t think it will. Still, I’m satisfied that I got the shape I wanted without inflammation,,
