I used double-eyelid tape since middle school, and as my skin stretched, my eyes started drooping, and because of the drooping, I got multiple creases too, and I looked really sleepy I did look into double-eyelid surgery and ptosis correction, but I heard these days double-eyelid surgery usually takes two times by default, so I worried a lot about whether to do it or not I hoped the swelling and bruising wouldn’t be too severe, and if I was going to do it anyway, it might be greedy, but I also hoped the line would be set prettily But honestly, swelling and bruising probably vary from person to person, and even if the line is made pretty, if it comes undone then it’s all for nothing, right? So I think I went around consultations thinking I shouldn’t do it unless it was someone who could give me certainty When you do consultations, there really is someone where you just get that feeling, like, ah, this is the right place For me, that took a really long time. I think I struggled through consultations for a very long time before getting the surgery I had the surgery with Director Cho Yong-jin, and when I asked before the surgery, there were quite a few people around me who had done it there too They said the swelling and bruising didn’t last much, and that the line gets prettier as time goes by, so I wondered what they were talking about, but after actually getting it, I could feel it. As the swelling went down, my eyes became complete lol An in-out line is natural, but I felt like I might want revision surgery again later ㅜ and I was worried a semi-out line would look too thick, so I wanted a line that wasn’t quite in-out or semi-out, something a bit ambiguous, and it seems he really took care of it and made it prettily as a line exactly in between lol It hasn’t been a full year yet, but I really like that it seems to be settling more naturally as time goes on
