7-year review of double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction + epicanthoplasty + lateral canthoplasty + lower canthoplasty

7 years ago, I had double eyelid surgery (buried suture? partial incision?) + ptosis correction + epicanthoplasty + lateral canthoplasty at a famous plastic surgery clinic in Gangnam. During the consultation with the director, I said I wanted something natural, so we decided to set the double eyelid line low. Most people set the line at around 10 mm, but I decided on 7-8 mm. At first, my double eyelids were uneven: one side became an outline crease and the other became an in-out line, so I requested revision surgery at that clinic. But they said we should watch it for about a year, and even after a year it was still the same, so I had the line on the outline side lowered and had lower canthoplasty done at the same time.

But after the lower canthoplasty, whenever my eyeball moves toward the back of one eye, I can see something like a thin membrane folding and unfolding, my eye shape became like a ㄷ shape, and the incision scar is visible. Functionally, that eye feels extremely irritated, tears a lot, and when I wake up after sleeping, there are eye discharge marks on that side. I couldn't trust that clinic anymore, so I didn't have another surgery there. Now, several years later, I'm finally looking for a clinic to have revision surgery.
